On Friday October 6th the Wind Ensemble performed two concerts at J. Mason Tomlin Elementary School and Pleasant Valley School. The concerts were a culmination of a month of work for the Wind Ensemble, and featured a varied program ranging from march standards to pop favorites. Young band students in the audience were also treated to a tour of instruments in the ensemble, with demonstrations by members of the wind ensemble. To see the Wind Ensemble in action, come out to the annual Winter Concert, held this year in the Toscano Theatre on December 6th.
