The Clearview Regional High School Wind Ensemble will be representing Region III (South Jersey) as part of the 2018 New Jersey Band Association State Gala on Sunday April 29th. The evening concert begins at 6:00pm in Wilkins Theatre on the campus of Kean University.

5:30pm Arrive at Kean University/Check-in

6:00pm Evening Concert Begins

6:50pm Verona High School

7:15pm Clearview Regional High School

7:40pm J.P. Stevens High School

8:05pm West Orange High School

8:30pm Awards Ceremony

9:15pm Depart Kean University (1 ½ - 2 hrs, no stops)

11:15pm Approximate Arrival Home

Students should bring food for dinner. There will not be an opportunity to purchase food upon arrival at Kean University.

Dress

Students should wear typical concert dress. Either:

• Black coat, white dress shirt with black tie, and black pants, socks, and shoes.

• Black dress (covering shoulders) going past the knee, black closed toed shoes.

Personal Items

We will be given a room upon arrival at Kean University to store all personal items including cases, purses, jackets, ect. However, we may not have control over whether or not the room is locked when people are not occupying. Students should be careful to bring only items that are necessary, and any valuables should be hidden out of plain sight.

Tickets

The state gala has provided us with an allotment of 100 tickets for the band to sell. The tickets are $5 per ticket and are good for general admission to the evening concert at Kean University. If you are interested in purchasing tickets, please complete the following online form:
