On Wednesday March 6th, the Clearview Regional High School Wind Ensemble traveled to Rowan University for the 2019 Region III South Jersey Band Festival. The Wind Ensemble received a Gold Rating from the two adjudicators, finishing with the highest overall score in Region III - Southern New Jersey. This result qualify the Wind Ensemble to perform at the New Jersey State Band Gala in May, an honor bestowed on just twelve ensembles in the entire state. 2019 marks the third consecutive year in the NJ State Gala for the Clearview Wind Ensemble, and the fifteenth overall since 2000.

The 2019 New Jersey State Band Gala takes place on Sunday May 5th at Bridgewater-Raritan High School. The evening program begins at 6:00pm and features the top six high school ensembles in the state, including the Clearview Wind Ensemble.
