Good afternoon,

Due to the potential for inclement weather throughout tomorrow afternoon and into the evening we are going to forego performing our show during pregame tomorrow evening. This is mainly to preserve the safety of our performers early in the school year and marching band season. A revised schedule for winds, percussionists, and colorguard members is below.

Friday September 6th, 2019 – Revised Schedule

(2:30-3:30 – Band Rooms will be open for all students who wish to stay through from the end of the school day. Please do not wander the halls after school.)

3:30pm – Indoor Rehearsal for All Members (Check schedule in Perc/MB Room upon arrival for exact locations)

5:30pm – Dress/Load Buses

• Winds/Battery Percussion – Load Buses in Full Uniform (Weather Pending). No Shakos/Plumes.

• Guard/Front Ensemble – Jackets are recommended for potential inclement weather. See note below.

**Following rehearsal Guard and Front Ensemble students have the option to travel with the band to the game. However, should students travel on the buses they must remain with the band at all times in the stands. Students who travel to the game separately will have to pay for admission on their own.**

6:10pm – Depart Clearview

6:30pm – Arrive at Rowan University

7:00pm – Game vs Kingsway Regional High School

Students will have off halftime. It is expected that the concession stands at Rowan University will be open during the game for students to purchase food. No food will be provided.

9:00pm – Approximate End to Game
