Marching Band Schedule (9/7 - 9/18)
Tuesday September 7th – Rehearsal (2:45-5:30pm)
**We are going to do a brief 15 minute meeting from 5:15-5:30 talking about what students should expect for after school rehearsals and the logistics of getting students to the high school and to practice.
Wednesday September 8th – Rehearsal (2:45-5:15pm)
Friday September 10th – Rehearsal (2:45-5:15pm)
Saturday September 11th
9/11 Memorial Ceremonies (Winds, Brass, Snare Drums, & Tenor Drums)
7:00am – Report to High School / Load Buses with Equipment
7:30am – Depart for Mantua
8:30am – Mantua Ceremony in Chestnut Branch Park
10:45am – Return to Clearview
11:00am – Lunch at Clearview (Students must bring their Food)
12:00pm – Depart for Mullica Hill
12:30 pm – Mullica Hill Ceremony at Mullica Hill Baptist Church
1:45pm – Return to Clearview / Unload / Dismissal

Friday September 17th – Football Game
4:00pm - Rehearsal Begins 5:30pm - Students Dress for Game 6:30pm - Walk to Field (Winds, Guard, Front Ens) 6:57pm - National Anthem 7:00pm - Game Begins Halftime - Show Performance **Students should report to the HS Band Room at the end of school. Students staying at school need to be in one of the music rooms from the end of school until rehearsal begins. If students wish to go home they must be back by the 4pm rehearsal. Middle School students will be walked over by Mr. DeLoach and Mr. Maioriello.
