From football field to JFK Boulevard; marching band takes on Philly Thanksgiving Day Parade
Littered with parade floats and giant balloons, the Philly Thanksgiving Day Parade is a festive event for all families every November. Originating in the 1920s, The Gimbel Brothers’ Thanksgiving Day Parade is one of the first and oldest versions of a Thanksgiving Parade in the US. Cheer and Band Take to the Streets
This year’s annual 2025 Thanksgiving Day Parade was held at the Philadelphia Museum of Art. Where they had an audience of thousands of people in person, and about ten thousand people watching from their homes. Now for the parade they included many high school marching bands one of them being Clearview Regional. “I think it’s a really neat opportunity that we are able to get.” Stated by Tyler Wiernusz. “I’m so proud of the band and everybody in it!” Said by Meredith Sorbello.

Clearview Named "Best Community for Music Education" by NAMM Foundation
The Clearview Regional High School District was named to the 2025 National Association for Music Merchants (NAMM) Best Communities for Music Education (BCME). This marks the seventh year that the Clearview Regional High School District has received this prestigious honor.
